Acne is the pits. When I was a teenager many many moons ago I
had very bad acne. Thanks to my grandparents home made cures I
was able to clear it up very quickly. Now I will share this cure
with you.
AROMATHERAPY IS AN ANCIENT ART OF HEALING.
You have almost everything you need in your
kitchen to help cure Acne.
Use olive oil as a cleanser and sea salt as an exfoliate.
The essential oil to heal Acne are:-
Chamomile,
Juniper,
Lavender,
Tea Tree but with care
Add 5 drops of Tea tree, 10 drops of Chamomile, 8
drops of Juniper to 100ml olive oil. Keep in a cool
cupboard . Massage in and remove with a warm wet face
cloth.
For the scrub us a teaspoon of ground sea salt as the
scrub.

Every morning
Put a squeeze of lemon into a cup with half a cup of boiling
water. Add ( 1/4 ) a quarter a teaspoon of honey and drink. Do
this before you eat anything.
Every night
This step is only for
people with very bad Acne. Put a teaspoon of Black Molasses
into a small cup of boiling water allow to cool down then
drink. This is an absolute miracle cure.
Monday night
-
In the tall blue bottle
is your cleanser. It contains 2 base oils and several essential
oils. You massage a
little onto your face and any other affected part of your body.
Remove with tissues. Now here is the most important step. You
take a clean white face cloth and place it in a bowl of very
warm water wring it out and press onto your face. Then put it
into the warm water again and wring it out and wipe your face.
Place it into the water again and wipe your face again.

Place a few
drops of the Aromatherapy Toner onto two cotton wool pads and
wipe your entire face with firm pressure.
Tuesday Night
Repeat steps 1 and 2 but include step three.

After you
have cleansed and toned your skin as instructed in step 1 and 2
place a pinch of
the scrub granules in a small bowl with one teaspoon of
the cleanser. Mix with
your fingers. Now massage
onto the face and affected areas. Remember this is your scrub so
be sure to massage for a
few minutes in circular motions. Remove with a wet warm face
cloth the same way you remove the cleanser.

Step 4 is
every night. Place a small amount of the skin moisture into the
palm of your hand and rub your hand together then place your
hands in a patting motion over your face. Do not do this to the
other infected areas such as your back.
Wednesday and Friday
nights use the same
cleansing treatment
as Monday nights.
Thursday Saturday and Sunday nights are
the same as Tuesday nights.
Tips

Be
sure that no one else uses your white face cloth.

Rinse
it out in warm water when you have finished and hang it up
on a hook in the bathroom. Do not leave it with product in
it nor just thrown down some where.

Use a
clean face cloth every few nights.

if you could have a 10 minute High Frequency treatment.

place these products on a windowsill keep in the vanity
